1. Apple iPhone 14

The yearly launch that keeps the tech industry on its toes is also scheduled to happen like in previous years. Apple’s iPhone 14 series is almost 9 months later, but the speculations about what will be new in iPhone 14 Series have already started surfacing online. iPhone 14 will launch in September like every year.

Apple’s iPhone 14 will bring iOS 16 and Bionic A16 chipset. The display is expected to be tweaked with a 120Hz refresh rate and the absence of a notch display. iPhone 14 might see a punch-hole display through cameras that might be similar to iPhone 13 models. iPhone mini version is rumored to be dropped off by Apple. iPhone 14 is expected to have LTPO TFT displays with a 120Hz refresh rate.

2. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

A part of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S22 flagship series, Galaxy S22 Ultra will launch in the first quarter of 2022. Samsung has revealed that the Galaxy S22 Unpacked launch event could take place on February 9 next year.

This upcoming flagship is expected to see a major design overhaul with no camera module, a Galaxy Note-like design, and a new S-pen. The chipset will vary between Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and Exynos 2200 chipset depending upon the region. It will come with the same camera setup as the S21 Ultra, but an upgrade in picture quality is expected over its predecessor.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Specs

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is expected to arrive in multiple colors- Black, White, Red, Green, and Rose Gold.

They will have a matte texture and sport a 6.8-inch LTPO Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Quad camera setup will have a 108MP main sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and be backed by a 12MP ultrawide sensor and 2 10MP telephoto lenses. For selfies, one will find 40MP punch-hole cameras. 12GB or 16GB RAM is expected with 256GB and 512GB storage variants. S22 Ultra will pack a 5000mAh battery with 45W fast charging. IP68 rating and 5G connectivity are also expected.

3. OnePlus 10 Pro

OnePlus 10 Pro is one of the hottest flagships to launch next year. It is expected to arrive in January 2022, as confirmed by Pete Lau in a recent Weibo post. Speculations suggest that the device might launch during CES 2022 on January 5. It is expected to come in a new Alpine Green color variant.

OnePlus 10 Pro is confirmed to have an LTPO OLED display, variable refresh rate, and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. In the camera department, it will have a 48MP primary sensor, a 50MP sensor with 3x optical zoom, and a 32MP selfie camera. The display size might be 6.7-inch with 1440ppi and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The chipset is said to be coupled with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.

4. Realme GT 2 Pro

Realme has been building hype around the flagship Realme GT 2 Pro smartphone for the last few days. It announced 3 innovations that will be a part of the device on 20th December. Realme GT 2 Pro is confirmed to launch on January 4, 2022.

During the world premiere event, Realme announced that GT 2 Pro is built of a bio-polymer material, a 150-degree ultrawide camera with fish-eye mode and 360 degrees NFC, and a design similar to that of Nexus 6P. The smartphone is expected to arrive in Cast Iron Black, Ice Crystal Blue, Light Green, and Paper White color options.

Realme GT 2 Pro Specs

Realme GT 2 Pro will be equipped with an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and is likely to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Camera specs indicate a 50MP Sony IMX766 with an OIS sensor, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and an 8MP telephoto lens. It might also have a 32MP sensor for selfies. TENAA listing suggests it will have 2 RAM variants- 8GB and 12GB with 3 storage variants-128GB, 256GB and 512GB.

The device is listed with a 2440mAh dual-cell battery and features a proximity sensor, light sensor, and gravity sensor. It will weigh 199 grams and measure 163.2×74.7×8.2mm.

5. Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge

Xiaomi’s mid-ranger Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge will launch on January 6. The teaser released by the company shows it will be the first in India to bring support for 120W fast charging and will be 5G capable too. Expected color variants are Camo Green and Stealth Black.

It is said to be a rebranded version of Redmi Note 11 Pro+ so it will have a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 920 chipset and have a 108MP triple camera system on the device. It is said to be powered by a 4500mAh battery with 120W fast charging that claims to charge the battery within 15 minutes. Reports claim it will come in a single storage variant of 8GB RAM+128GB storage.
